Team leader (assembly line)

Job description

  •  Oversee the entire assembly line production, ensuring efficiency and quality.
  • Operate assembly process equipment and supervise the application of safeguarding processes.
  • Implement and enforce safety procedures, ensuring compliance with all safety standards.
  • Conduct regular quality control inspections, applying corrective measures when necessary to maintain product standards.
  • Manage parts and components inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels for uninterrupted production.
  • Perform all computer-related tasks associated with assembly, including inventory management, reporting, and documentation.
  • Ensure security and accuracy throughout the production and assembly processes.
  • Train and supervise team members on safety protocols and assembly procedures.
